These sessions will help to identify why, what and when the client is eating. Commonly, overeating needs 4 - 6 sessions of hypnotherapy, and will start with discussion around a food and drink diary that is brought to the first session. The goal of hypnotherapy is to establish a new healthy eating pattern, help the client to get past the concept of 'good' and 'bad' foods, or 'good' and 'bad' behaviour. This will help to establish, without dieting, a regular healthy and gradual weight loss that will eventually maintain a healthy weight.

Stop Smoking - Quit cigarettes with Hypnotherapy
This is done in one session of two hours.
Discussion between the client and therapist on why when and where the client smokes. It looks at reasons to stop and consequences of not stopping. Then the individualy tailored hypnotherapy session is delivered.

For all of the above Hypnotherapy treatments an individual plan will be put together and agreed with you before we start work. This will involve a detailed discussion, between you and Paul, about the issue and its impact on your life. This will be followed by a series of sessions during which Paul will help you into a hypnotic state where he can then make positive suggestions to your subconscious mind to achieve the changes you wish to make.
